One Final Place Available! Join Lead2Last Erasmus+ Training in Croatia
Blackwater Training is delighted to offer one final opportunity to participate in Lead2Last, an Erasmus+ international training course taking place in Zadar, Croatia, from 23–30 January 2027.
Are you passionate about developing your leadership skills, strengthening community and youth organisations, and creating meaningful, long-term impact? Then this opportunity could be for you!
About Lead2Last
Lead2Last is an international Erasmus+ training course hosted by OAZA Association in Croatia, focusing on leadership development and organisational sustainability in youth work.
The programme brings together participants from across Europe to explore what makes organisations sustainable, how effective leadership can support teams and communities, and how organisations can continue delivering meaningful work over the long term.
Rather than focusing on environmental sustainability, Lead2Last explores the people, values, resources and ways of working that help organisations thrive.
Through interactive workshops, discussions and shared learning, participants will have opportunities to:
Develop practical leadership and organisational management skills.
Explore approaches to long-term organisational sustainability.
Share experiences and good practices with international colleagues.
Build connections with other European organisations.
Develop practical ideas that can be implemented in their own organisations and communities.
Who Should Apply?
We are particularly interested in hearing from:
Youth workers and community workers interested in developing their skills.
Project officers, project managers and organisational leaders.
Volunteers actively involved in youth or community initiatives.
Emerging youth workers looking to build their leadership experience.
Individuals committed to strengthening the long-term sustainability of youth organisations.
You do not need to be an experienced organisational leader, but you should have a genuine interest in youth work, leadership and community development.
