About Us

Blackwater Training was founded in 2022 to tackle the challenges faced by rural communities in Ireland, including limited access to education, jobs, and essential skills.

We offer a variety of community-led programs to help our community thrive, including:

• Advocacy and Empowerment: We run programmes that help people speak up for their rights, access resources, and take leadership roles in their communities.

• Collaborative Learning Spaces: We create places where people can come together to learn, share ideas, and work on projects that benefit the community.

• Community Outreach Projects: We provide outreach programmes, including English language courses and initiatives through the Erasmus+ programme, to meet local needs.

• Workshops and Seminars: We organise workshops and seminars that focus on developing skills, personal growth, and career advancement.

• International Mobility Programs: We participate in global learning and mentoring programmes, giving community members the chance to broaden their experiences and learn from other cultures.
