About us
At Blackwater Training & Consulting, we offer education and training services for our community in Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. Our goal is to provide support to help our communities to gain the skills they need to succeed.
What do we do?
Needs-based education and training programmes
We provide tailor made training to address the specific learning needs and skill gaps within our community.
Grant writing support for individuals and organisations
We support community groups to secure funding for their projects and initiatives on a local, national and European level.
Erasmus+ programme facilitation and coordination
We work with partner organisations in Ireland and across Europe to access Erasmus+ opportunities.

Safe Pass Course July 2026

We are delighted to have supported 20 community members to successfully achieve their Safe Pass qualification, helping to open new pathways to employment within Ireland's construction industry.

One Community Bootcamp
