Blackwater Training Launches A Practical Anti-Racism Guide for Workers in Ireland

That is why we are proud to launch A Practical Anti-Racism Guide for Workers in Ireland – a comprehensive, free resource designed to help workers understand their rights, recognise discrimination and know what steps they can take if they experience racism in the workplace.
Developed as part of our Pathways to Participation: Empowering Migrants through Employment, Enterprise and Anti-Racism Education programme, the guide has been created to support migrants and minority ethnic communities as they build their lives and careers in Ireland.
Why We Created This Guide
Starting work in a new country can be challenging. Alongside learning new systems and workplace cultures, many people are unaware of the legal protections that exist to safeguard them from discrimination.
We wanted to create a practical resource that goes beyond explaining the law. This guide provides clear, accessible information that workers can use throughout their employment journey, helping them feel more confident, informed and empowered.
Whether you are looking for your first job in Ireland, already employed, or supporting others in the workplace, this guide has been written to provide practical advice that is easy to understand and apply.
