We're excited to share that Blackwater Training is now a proud Host Entrepreneur in the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme!

This means we're opening our doors to a motivated, creative person who wants to gain real experience in education, training, rural development, or community projects - right here in beautiful County Cavan, Ireland.

We're currently looking for someone to join us for a short-term exchange starting in Autumn 2025. You'll get hands-on experience, develop your own business ideas, and work alongside our team on real community initiatives.
